Hi there, I’m Nancy!

Ever since I was little, I’ve loved building and fixing things, solving puzzles, and tinkering with my dad’s tools – and now I get to do it all for my job (with my own tools too!). Here are some fun facts about me that I think you’ll enjoy:

• I cherish connection. Having lived in nearly every province and traveled around the globe, my love for meeting people and hearing their unique stories keeps on growing. Throughout my journeys, I’ve met so many incredible individuals, and I’ve seen that some folks might not be fully informed when making important life decisions. I want to be a part of helping them out!
• I embrace challenges with a smile. Whether it’s figuring out how to repair, create, or build something, I’m always excited for a challenge. This has really helped me thrive in building management, and I carry that forward in my current work. Homes are like intriguing puzzles, and as a home inspector, I love discovering how all the different systems work together and affect the overall home.
• I’m all about the details. As a woodworker, I know firsthand how important it is to pay attention to the little things. I appreciate items that are not only beautiful but also functional and eco-friendly. During a home inspection, there’s so much to learn and understand. I genuinely enjoy sharing my knowledge with homeowners on how to lovingly care for and maintain their properties, ensuring they remain functional and sustainable for many enjoyable years.
